Healthier Brownies

Quite a few members of the Strobel family are currently counting/watching their points (unofficial Weight Watchers). My mother-in-law mentioned a brownie recipe to me a while back and I finally called her for the “how to” yesterday. It’s really easy!

It’s a box of brownie mix and 1 can of black beans. You take the black beans (don’t drain), place them in the blender and blend them until smooth. Mix with brownie mix and cook according to package directions in a 13×9 in pan. You cut the brownies so there are 20 of them in the pan (they are to be 2 inches square). 2 points each brownie! They taste yummy!
